Tracking & Delivery
How do I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number is generated automatically when your parcel is registered by Carry Safe Logistics staff. It will be shared with you at the point of registration — it looks like 1ZKAT457392FHUU. Enter it on the Track page to see your delivery status in real time. You can also scan the QR code provided at registration.
How do I track my parcel?

Go to the Track Parcel page, enter your tracking number, and click Track. You'll see the full status history, sender and receiver details, estimated delivery date, and an interactive map showing both pickup and delivery locations.
How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the service selected:

Standard — 3 to 7 business days depending on distance.
Express — 1 to 2 business days for most routes.
Same Day — Delivered within the same business day for eligible locations.

The estimated delivery date is always shown on your tracking page.
What if nobody is home when delivery is attempted?

If no one is available, our driver will leave a delivery attempt notice and the status will update to Failed Delivery on the tracking page. Please contact us to arrange a re-delivery or alternative arrangement.
Parcels & Items
What items can I send?

We accept most standard goods including documents, electronics, clothing, gifts, and commercial merchandise. We do not accept hazardous materials, illegal substances, live animals, or items prohibited by customs regulations in the destination country.
What happens if my parcel is damaged or lost?

We take full responsibility for parcels in our care. If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at carrysafelogistics@gmail.com with your tracking number and a description of the issue. Our team will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Can I change the delivery address after registration?

Address changes may be possible if the parcel has not yet been picked up. Please contact us as soon as possible at carrysafelogistics@gmail.com with your tracking number and the new address. Once a parcel is in transit, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Technical
How accurate is the location map?

The maps show the registered pickup and delivery addresses — not the real-time GPS position of a delivery vehicle. They use OpenStreetMap geocoding to display the approximate location of each address. For live driver tracking, please contact us directly.
I entered my tracking number but nothing is showing. Why?

Double-check that you've entered the full tracking number exactly as provided. If it still doesn't appear, the parcel may not have been fully registered yet. Please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Can I share my tracking page with someone else?

Yes! On the tracking result page, click the 🔗 Copy Link button to copy a direct link to your parcel's status page. Anyone with this link can view the tracking information. You can also use the 🖨️ Print button to print the full tracking card.
